Remarks: Songs that Mell Galley initially wrote for a Trapeze album. Some of them later appeared on "Slide It In" and the first Phenomena album.

Remastering notes from Gardener: "While the original was already pretty nice, I though I could fix a few little things and improve it a little further. So I lowered a little the drums which were really loud compared to the rest, I cleaned each channel separately, rectified the balance and normalised the whole recording. I also re-did the tracking by creating fades in / out between the songs and cutting the silences, and fixed the drop-out in Coming Back Strong."
